K\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get v\u00e1llal arra, hogy szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1saival kapcsolatos adatkezel\u00e9sek megfelelnek a jelen t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3ban \u00e9s a hat\u00e1lyos jogszab\u00e1lyokban meghat\u00e1rozott elv\u00e1r\u00e1soknak. A T\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3ban haszn\u00e1lt fogalmak megfelelnek az Infotv.-ben, valamint a<\/p>\n<p>GDPR rendeletben meghat\u00e1rozott fogalmaknak, illetve azok \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9s\u00e9nek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A T\u00c1RSAS\u00c1G ADATKEZEL\u00c9SI TEV\u00c9KENYS\u00c9GE \u00d6SSZHANGBAN VAN AZ ADATV\u00c9DELEMMEL KAPCSOLATOS AL\u00c1BBI JOGSZAB\u00c1LYOKKAL<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Az Eur\u00f3pai Parlament \u00e9s a Tan\u00e1cs (EU) 2016\/679 rendelete (2016. \u00e1prilis 27.) \u2013 a term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9lyeknek a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se tekintet\u00e9ben t\u00f6r-t\u00e9n\u0151 v\u00e9delm\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s az ilyen adatok szabad \u00e1raml\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, valamint a 95\/46\/EK rendelet hat\u00e1lyon k\u00edv\u00fcl helyez\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l (\u00e1ltal\u00e1nos adatv\u00e9delmi rendelet, GDPR);<\/li>\n<li>2011. \u00e9vi CXII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny &#8211; az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00f6nrendelkez\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l \u00e9s az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3szabads\u00e1gr\u00f3l (Infotv.)<\/li>\n<li>2013. \u00e9vi V. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u2013 a Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyvr\u0151l (Ptk.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Szem\u00e9lyes adat akkor kezelhet\u0151, ha<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>az \u00c9rintett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t adta szem\u00e9lyes adatainak egy vagy t\u00f6bb konkr\u00e9t c\u00e9lb\u00f3l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kezel\u00e9s\u00e9hez;<\/li>\n<li>az adatkezel\u00e9s olyan szerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, amelyben az \u00c9rintett az egyik f\u00e9l, vagy az a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s, megk\u00f6t\u00e9s\u00e9t megel\u0151z\u0151en az \u00c9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9sek megt\u00e9tel\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges;<\/li>\n<li>az adatkezel\u00e9s az Adatkezel\u0151re vonatkoz\u00f3 jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges;<\/li>\n<li>az adatkezel\u00e9s az \u00c9rintett vagy egy m\u00e1sik term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9ly l\u00e9tfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa \u00e9rdekeinek v\u00e9delme miatt sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges;<\/li>\n<li>az adatkezel\u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9rdek\u0171 vagy az Adatkezel\u0151re ruh\u00e1zott k\u00f6zhatalmi jogos\u00edtv\u00e1ny gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1nak keret\u00e9ben v\u00e9gzett feladat v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges;<\/li>\n<li>az adatkezel\u00e9s az Adatkezel\u0151 vagy egy harmadik f\u00e9l jogos \u00e9rdekeinek \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>AZ ADATKEZEL\u00c9SI C\u00c9LOK<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a l\u00e1togat\u00f3k \u00e1ltal kezdem\u00e9nyezett kapcsolatfelv\u00e9tel eset\u00e9n az \u00c9rintettek azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa, a vel\u00fck t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s \u00e9s kapcsolattart\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa;<\/li>\n<li>a Weboldal biztons\u00e1gos haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1nak \u00e9s technikai m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa, illetve annak ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e1j\u00e9koztatjuk, hogy a weboldalon megjelen\u0151 k\u00fcls\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k ikonjai (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram) seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel megh\u00edvott funkci\u00f3k kapcs\u00e1n az T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g adatkezel\u00e9si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get nem v\u00e9gez, ezekben az esetekben az Adatkezel\u0151 a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt\u00f3 k\u00fcls\u0151 c\u00e9g.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>AZ ADATKEZEL\u00c9S JOGALAPJA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a l\u00e1togat\u00f3 \u00e1ltal kezdem\u00e9nyezett kapcsolatfelv\u00e9tel sor\u00e1n keletkezett adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek jogalapja az \u00c9rintett \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa;<\/li>\n<li>a Weboldal biztons\u00e1gos technikai m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151, azokat biztos\u00edt\u00f3 adatokat -bele\u00e9rtve a l\u00e1togat\u00f3k IP c\u00edm\u00e9t &#8211; jogos \u00e9rdek jogalappal kezelj\u00fck.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEZELT ADATOK K\u00d6RE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A kapcsolatba l\u00e9p\u00e9s kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9se \u0171rlap haszn\u00e1lata eset\u00e9n a n\u00e9v; oper\u00e1ci\u00f3s rendszer t\u00edpus\u00e1t, jellemz\u0151it \u00e9s verzi\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t; b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151 t\u00edpus\u00e1t \u00e9s verzi\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t; a Weboldalon v\u00e9gzett aktivit\u00e1st;\u00a0a l\u00e1togat\u00e1s pontos id\u0151pontj\u00e1t; a Weboldalon t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt id\u0151t; a Weboldalon haszn\u00e1lt funkci\u00f3 vagy szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9t; valamint s\u00fctiket (cookie) is l\u00e9trehozhatunk az \u00c9rintett k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9k\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A SZEM\u00c9LYES ADATOK T\u00c1ROL\u00c1S\u00c1NAK ID\u0150TARTAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A l\u00e1togat\u00f3 \u00e1ltal kezdem\u00e9nyezett kapcsolatfelv\u00e9tel sor\u00e1n keletkezett adatokat a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1ig kezelj\u00fck.<\/li>\n<li>A weboldal biztons\u00e1gos technikai m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151, azokat biztos\u00edt\u00f3 adatokat &#8211; Ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m: 13611916-2-42; Sz\u00e9khely: 1162 Budapest, Viola utca 4.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00dcTIK (COOKIE) HASZN\u00c1LATA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s hasonl\u00f3 kereskedelmi weboldalakhoz hasonl\u00f3an az T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g is haszn\u00e1lja azon szok\u00e1sos technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t, amelyet s\u00fctinek (cookie) h\u00edvnak, valamint a web szerver technikai napl\u00f3f\u00e1jlokat, annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t szerezzen be arr\u00f3l, hogy az \u00c9rintettek hogyan haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k a Weboldalt.<\/p>\n<p>A s\u00fctik \u00e9s a web szerver log f\u00e1jlok haszn\u00e1lata lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi az T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy a Weboldal l\u00e1togatotts\u00e1g\u00e1t ellen\u0151rizze \u00e9s a Weboldal tartalm\u00e1t az \u00d6n szem\u00e9lyes ig\u00e9nyeihez igaz\u00edtsa.<\/p>\n<p>A s\u00fcti egy kism\u00e9ret\u0171 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3csomag (f\u00e1jl), amely gyakran egy anonimiz\u00e1lt egyedi azonos\u00edt\u00f3t hordoz. Amikor megl\u00e1togat egy weboldalt, a weboldal a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9nek az enged\u00e9ly\u00e9t k\u00e9ri, hogy ezt a f\u00e1jlt az \u00d6n sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9pe merevlemez\u00e9nek egy olyan r\u00e9sz\u00e9n t\u00e1rolja, amely kifejezetten a s\u00fctik t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1ra szolg\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Minden egyes weboldal, amelyet megl\u00e1togat tud s\u00fctit k\u00fcldeni a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9re, amennyiben az \u00d6n \u00e1ltal haszn\u00e1lt b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151 be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa ezt enged\u00e9lyezi. Az \u00d6n adatainak v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben azonban az \u00d6n b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151je az adott weboldalnak kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag azt enged\u00e9lyezi, hogy ahhoz a s\u00fctihez f\u00e9rjen hozz\u00e1, amelyet az adott weboldal k\u00fcld\u00f6tt a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9nek, azaz egy weboldal a m\u00e1s weboldalak \u00e1ltal k\u00fcld\u00f6tt s\u00fctikhez nem f\u00e9r hozz\u00e1. A b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151k \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban \u00fagy vannak be\u00e1ll\u00edtva, hogy fogadj\u00e1k a s\u00fctiket.<\/p>\n<p>Amennyiben azonban \u00d6n nem k\u00edv\u00e1n s\u00fctiket fogadni, be\u00e1ll\u00edthatja \u00fagy a b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151j\u00e9t, hogy az elutas\u00edtsa a s\u00fctik fogad\u00e1s\u00e1t. Ebben az esetben elk\u00e9pzelhet\u0151, hogy a Weboldal n\u00e9h\u00e1ny eleme nem fog hat\u00e9konyan m\u0171k\u00f6dni, mikor \u00d6n b\u00f6ng\u00e9szi a Weboldalt. A t\u00e9vesen szerepl\u0151 adat helyesb\u00edt\u00e9se el\u0151tt a T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g megvizsg\u00e1lhatja az \u00e9rintett adatok val\u00f3s\u00e1goss\u00e1g\u00e1t, illetve pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>A VISSZAVON\u00c1SHOZ VAL\u00d3 JOG:<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00c9rintett jogosult arra, hogy hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1n alapul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t b\u00e1rmikor visszavonja, amely nem \u00e9rinti a visszavon\u00e1s el\u0151tt a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n v\u00e9grehajtott adatkezel\u00e9s jogszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p>A T\u00d6RL\u00c9SHEZ VAL\u00d3 JOG (\u201eAZ ELFELEDTET\u00c9SHEZ VAL\u00d3 JOG\u201d):<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00e9rintett jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9rje, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6r\u00f6lje a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, az Adatkezel\u0151 pedig k\u00f6teles ezt v\u00e9grehajtani. Jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gen alapul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n \u00d6nt ez a jog nem illeti meg.<\/p>\n<p>AZ ADATKEZEL\u00c9S KORL\u00c1TOZ\u00c1S\u00c1HOZ VAL\u00d3 JOG (Z\u00c1ROL\u00c1SI JOG):<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00c9rintett jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az Adatkezel\u0151 az al\u00e1bbi esetekben korl\u00e1tozza az adatkezel\u00e9st:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ha az \u00c9rintett vitatja az adatkezel\u00e9s pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy az adatkezel\u0151 ellen\u0151rizze a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t,<\/li>\n<li>ha az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, \u00e9s az \u00c9rintett ellenzi az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t, ehelyett k\u00e9ri azok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t,<\/li>\n<li>ha az Adatkezel\u0151nek m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l, azonban az \u00c9rintett ig\u00e9nyli azokat jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez,<\/li>\n<li>ha az \u00c9rintett tiltakozott az adatkezel\u00e9s ellen, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, am\u00edg meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sra nem ker\u00fcl, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 jogos indokai els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek-e az \u00e9rintett jogos indokaival szemben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AZ ADATHORDOZHAT\u00d3S\u00c1GHOZ VAL\u00d3 JOG:<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00c9rintett jogosult arra, hogy a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3, \u00e1ltala az Adatkezel\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1tott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat tagolt, sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben haszn\u00e1lt, g\u00e9ppel olvashat\u00f3 form\u00e1tumban megkapja, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 jogosult arra, hogy ezeket az adatokat egy m\u00e1sik adatkezel\u0151 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re tov\u00e1bb\u00edtsa an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy ezt akad\u00e1lyozn\u00e1 az az adatkezel\u0151, amelynek r\u00e9sz\u00e9re a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat rendelkez\u00e9sre bocs\u00e1totta.
